Fortians, it’s been an extraordinary year since we embarked on our journey with the ELPHA program, and what an adventure it has been!
When we launched the ambassador initiative on March 6, 2023 — the public response was overwhelming, with applications pouring in from talented individuals worldwide.
At one point, we received over 300 applications in the opening week alone! In total, 800 unique applications were submitted to UFORIKA HQ. The rush to become an ELPHA was apparent, but our team sought only the ‘best of the best.’ So, a rigorous application process culminated in the selection of around 50 outstanding ELPHAs, each bringing a unique set of skills and experiences to the community.
At UFORIKA, we believe in empowering our community to become our heroes, champions of change. ELPHA members embody our core values of Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, and Trust while spearheading inclusiveness, diversity, respect, and privacy.
Over the past 12 months, ELPHAs have engaged in a myriad of activities, from content creation to suggestions, fostering a positive environment across our social media channels. The program has not only provided a platform for individual growth but has also fostered a sense of community where mentorship, collaboration, and support thrive.
For new and OG Fortians alike, you may have come across or interacted with Naveen. His story at UFORIKA is a testament to the power of passion and enthusiasm. Starting as an ELPHA, Naveen’s commitment to contributing wholeheartedly led him to quickly rise through the ranks. Today, he stands as the Community Manager, leading the charge for our vibrant community.
